Great local sports centre! Croft Sports Centre in Swindon has a wide range of activities and well-maintained facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, and everything from the sports halls to the changing rooms is kept clean. Perfect for families or anyone looking to stay active. Highly recommended!

Update (07/09/2022): the men's toilets are appalling. One of two cubicles has been out of order since June 22 and the urinals are flooding the room making it ver slippery. The sink taps are on such a high pressure you get drenched trying to wash your hands. Complete lack of investment in maintaining basic facilities. Original review: Good parking, good 3g pitch, toilets could do with some work but gets the job done. Never had a problem booking 7-a-side football every week, but they do feel a bit expensive give the lack of maintenance.

The hall inside is absolutely massive- you can do all sorts of thing there. There are 4 cricket nets which is luxurious based on the fact that most sports halls have 2. Changing rooms available, badminton posts available, viewing balcony available - it ticks all the boxes for me.

Ideal for badminton and indoor cricket

Best outdoor pitch in Swindon. Best surface, easy parking, nets around park prevent ball escaping, quiet and pleasant surroundings, well maintained. Pitches too big for 5 a side really, 6 or 7 is ideal.

When this place was owned by the council the prices were a lot better which meant that my friends and I would use this place a little bit more. But now a "charity" has taken over the prices have sky rocketed. A game of badminton that used to cost just over £5 now costs nearly £9. Which isn't exactly encouraging local residents to shift some pounds (only the ones that they have earnt through hard graft). The facilities are ok, the changing rooms have an odd smell, but are relatively clean. And the staff are usually happy and helpful. The facilities include a 3G football pitch, badminton courts, squash courts and a few rooms that are available to hire for activities like yoga. A good place for sporty activities, but definitely overpriced.

Walked over the football pitches, just how I remember them ,rock hard ground, will be waterlogged in winter ,grass far to long, but a great place with superb artificial football pitch for all ages to up and coming superstars to aging could have been stars.( Walking football).
