We had a top notch experience with Josh and Brandi Helm and the entire Texas Best Construction Team. They were very professional, personal and easy to work with. Their customer service and support were paramount. Brandon F was in charge of our build and with his knowledge and expertise we were able to accomplish everything PLUS that was on our wishlist! It is beautiful!! They use high quality materials, I beams and steel. They will customize your build however you want. We couldn't be happier with our Barndominium and highly recommend them. This is a Big Shout out to Josh/Brandi and the whole Texas Best Team!!! Now building a house is stress full enough, but this journey was well worth it!!! We always wanted a Barndo and did not have a clue to were to start, but the good Lord brought everything together and here we are now, getting ready to move furniture it for our AirB&B! Very experienced builder. High quality built. Significantly less costly than the majority of builders. Good people who really want to do a good job. What else can I say? Texas Best Construction is the best. I have owned many houses from a Spanish-style condo in China to a single family home in Florida near the ocean, among others. What Texas Best Construction built for me is the very best. One challenge is that this company is very popular and is becoming very hard to get. If you have a piece of land and you are planning to build, try to engage them as early as possible.

My disabled retired Air Force Veteran and Aviation Industry husband and I, a Registered Nurse of 40 years just bought land in the Weatherford Texas area to build a home to retire. I contacted Texas Best as they were one of several recommended to me by a reputable land developer in the area. Quality and high standards have been a high priority for both my husband and I in our professional careers. I have only begun my research for a builder, with first impressions of initial contact, analysis of quality/price of prior completed work with the knowledge that prices in our current economy are rapidly increasing as the US dollar is depreciating combined with housing demand booming, builder's willingness to share other needed providers in a rural build process such as well drillers, septic systems businesses and then finally obtaining information of prior customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for the overall building experience being my key points for overall builder selection. Texas Best ranked extremely high in customer satisfaction for me in all areas that I have reviewed so far with them. They have been sincere in there willingness to partner with us, forthright in their history/experience and shared quickly other needed service provider information. I was appalled to see reviews left for these hard working individuals that have built their business gradually over the years just because of probable growing pains of a thriving business; that in all likelihood chose an answering service that let them down. I hope the prior reviewers reconsider. I absolutely would have been frustrated too if I didn't get a return phone call, however things happen that are not worth that low quality ranking in my opinion. It's likely that my husband and I will choose Texas Best as our builders. I haven't even seen the videos because I planned to walk their job site. I look forward now to seeing their you tube videos! My parents had their own small successful business, as did my husband's parents. This review was a bit of a way that I could stand up for the mom and pop businesses that mean so much to all Americans.

Don’t show up to work on job, Don’t meet their commitment to finish a job, can’t ever be close to when they’ll get the job done. Ask for a finish date and it will not happen on time, how long should it take to finish the job you’re working on? Would not recommend them for any job our house took them over a year. The owner committed 5-6 months, just lied nothing be excuses. There are others out there doing the same work, probably better work and a better price.

I have used Texas Best Construction for Stucco/EIFS, Stone Work, Framing, Remodeling and building repairs as well as new construction on both my own residence and two commercial properties. Josh has always provided a solid bid for their work and they take great pride in their workmanship and quality. Communication is key in this business and Josh and his team are attentive to their customers needs and desires. If you convey what you need in a clear and concise manner, they will make sure you get what you are looking for in your project. I plan to continue using them when needed in the future and have NO RESERVATIONS about reccomening them for anything from insurance repairs to new residential or commercial construction of any type. I have been involved in commercial/industrial construction most of my life, that experience tells me that this is a solid company with good people who do quality work.

Our church had over a $1,000,000 in damage in water damage after the big freeze in February of 2021. If it had not been for Texas Best we would have been in big trouble. They saved us a ton of money and did an amazing job in reconstruction. It was a total mess to start with. Over half of our church building was effected by flooding. Josh was great to work with.
