I would like to take a moment to formally recognise the exceptional management and leadership demonstrated by Andy at PureGym Tamworth. Having been a member for approximately two months, I can confidently say that his impact on both the gym environment and my personal fitness journey has been truly outstanding. From the outset, Andy has consistently brought an infectious level of energy and professionalism to the gym floor. He is highly approachable, always willing to invest time in meaningful conversations, and offers insightful guidance tailored to individual fitness goals. His ability to balance operational excellence with genuine member engagement sets him apart from many others in similar roles. In an increasingly competitive fitness market, where numerous gyms offer similar facilities, it is leadership that defines the experience—and Andy exemplifies this. His presence creates a motivating and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring that every member feels supported and valued. This is the first gym I've ever been to and the personal trainer I picked, Cameron, is very kind and insightful, teaching me all the exercises and making sure my form is good. He has created a couple of programmes for me and I feel confident to start my fitness journey. Very happy with the choice I made!

I’ve been training at PureGym Tamworth for a while now and overall it’s a solid gym. It’s well equipped, has a good range of machines and free weights, and is generally clean and well maintained. The only downside for me is the temperature inside the gym. Lately, it feels like the air conditioning isn’t working, and I find myself overheating quite quickly during workouts. If that gets sorted, it would be great.

Great place to go, have been a member for two years, well managed by Andy Palmer, friendly and helpful staff. The gym is well spread out with equipment on two levels and a studio upstairs with changing rooms on level one with a lift as well. Would avoid between 4pm to 6pm as can get busy when people finishing work & school coming in.

Cain and Andy, are an amazing management team always going above and beyond for their members especially love burn with Andy on a Wednesday

Facilities are excellent. Clean and well maintained. Fitness instructors know what they're doing and are always happy to help

Loved the atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Andy the manager was especially helpful and encouraging.

Great friendly, clean gym with good variety of equipment and staff who are always willing to help. Would get 6 stars if Pure gym could sort out app & have Les Mills classes
