Really enjoying my twice-weekly sessions at Feel Electric Gloucester! The trainers are amazing - really friendly and professional. Russ is really encouraging and will always take the time to explain the results with me. He’s great at making sure my form is correct during the session. David’s metabolism sessions are tough but he makes them really fun and I feel like I achieve loads. Big thanks to all the team for helping me to progress :-)

From the introduction to the weekly sessions, the Gloucester Feel Electric team have been amazing. Russ & Jack are really encouraging, professional and friendly - they know their stuff and aren’t afraid to push you that little bit harder than you think you can go! I really look forward to my session each week and cannot recommend enough

Been working with both Russ and Jack for about 2 months now. A mum of 2, part time teacher, sports and running enthusiast, glad I have this quick, but highly efficient workout to help me feel I’m getting back control of the aesthetic side of my body after 2 c-sections. PT advice on other aspects of my fitness calendar is 🤌 too!

I was recommended by a friend to try the first session FOC and see how if could help my hip pain which I have had for 6 months!!! I’ve had 3 session's with trainers (all knowledgeable guys) and I can walk freely without pain, I’ve recommended it to my son who now has full movement in his lower back. Give this a try, what have you got to lose
