Ellie shares the wonders of yoga with you. I remember my first class, her smile welcomed and soothed my nerves. I am not an agile person but Ellie gave me subtle changes to the poses the rest of the class were doing to allow me feel the benefits too. Week after week my confidence grew, culminating in being able to do the poses with the rest of the class. Ellie shows warmth and compassion to all through her positive character and her ability to share her knowledge of Ayurveda to benefit those who take part in her classes.
