My first visit for a back massage and Ellie didn't disappoint. The clinic is immaculately clean and extremely welcoming. It's been beautifully decorated and the use of space is considered and not cluttered. Ellie quickly put me at ease and we discussed any problem areas before commencing with the massage. I had a choice or aromatherapy oils which was a nice option. The massage really has loosened my shoulders and worked out some of the trigger points to release some tension. I will be rebooking with Ellie again asap.

My baby and I attend the baby pilates and barre classes at Novie. The classes are relaxed, very baby friendly, and ensure that you can get in an excellent work out with your little one present. Ellie is welcoming, friendly, patient and professional, the class sizes are small and the prices are brilliant value too. There is no need to bring anything to entertain your baby either - Ellie makes sure the set up for your baby will keep them entertained while you work out. We love attending and highly recommend.

I've been to the Mum and Baby pilates for a few weeks now and I am feeling great for it! I was so worried about how I would manage with baby and feeding/napping etc. but my little boy is so happy at classes, even if he's missed a nap. It's such a lovely and welcoming environment, I highly recommend any classes with Ellie 🙂

Had a sports massage with Ellie today which was amazing! She really sorted out my tension in the legs. And the 1-1 reformer lesson with her was so much fun. Ellie is a great teacher, had a barre session with her and it was an amazing workout. Worth the burn!

I’ve been doing Reformer Pilates at Novie Clinic for a few weeks now with Ellie and she’s been fantastic. She’s incredibly supportive, adapts every session to accommodate my knee injury recovery, and always makes me feel completely at ease. Sessions are super enjoyable and I genuinely look forward to them each week. Would absolutely recommend!

I've been attending the Barr classes for a month and I'm hooked! The class is small, Ellie is a friendly and knowledgeable and adapts exercises to individual levels. Would defo recommend Ellie and the class.

Novie clinic is incrediable. Is always fantastic. Always made to feel so comfortable and now i actually have fun working out. Just attended the new year new me event which was fantastic!
